Eight years ago, Chef Melissa Palinkas joined forces with Amy Hamilton of Liberté for a dumpling event that still lives rent-free in our memories. Now, we’re bringing it back — this time in full force!

A vibey, flavour-packed takeover with a four-course share-style menu inspired by dumplings, rolls, noodles, small plates and dessert.

Joining Melissa in the kitchen is Amy Hamilton, crowned Regional Chef of the Year 2025 by WA Good Food Guide back in 2024 and the force behind Albany’s acclaimed Liberté. Expect bold flavours, a few surprises, and a dinner unlike anything else in town.
