Chef's philosophy is to use each & every part of all produce that comes through our kitchen to reduce waste.
She is passionate about showing people you can actually use the things you may normally throw away every day to create something amazing in the kitchen. Collaborating for this one is Chef of the Year 2017 Guy Jeffries from the acclaimed Millbrook Winery. Enjoy a 'trash' cocktail and canapes on arrival followed by our seated 3 course banquet dinner.
