About The Event

For our first in the series we are celebrating the year of the pig with a special whole hog dinner featuring Arimia Estate raised pork from their fully off grid sustainable winery & small farm in Margaret River.

Matched with the winery's premium wines join us for a special collaborative dinner with head chef Melissa Palinkas & Arimia Estate's head chef Evan Hayter as they utilize every part of the pig to deliver you a spectacular feast.

The pigs on the estate graze naturally on the land & vegetable scraps from the kitchen garden. The pigs are free to dig & turn over the land in preparation for garden beds in which chef Evan plants his seasonal vegetables for the winery restaurant.

Evan's philosophy integrates so well with Young George's no waste & sustainability policy that it was only natural Melissa & Evan would pair for this exclusive event.
